The 1920s farmhouse has been renovated and sits on a gorgeous 3-acre property. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the first floor, with all 3 bedrooms on the second level. Willet Ponds Farm in Todd, NC is the perfect Appalachian farm experience for families! Imagine antique furniture, handmade quilts, collecting eggs in the morning, petting pot-belly pigs, exploring hiking trails on the property, and more!

There are several buildings to rent on property, and the Old Farmhouse is the main house. Across two levels, it has 4 bedrooms and 6 baths that sleep up to 8.

During the warmer months, you can swim in the farm’s spring-fed pond or 2 different streams. Then end the day roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and chasing fireflies in the pasture. No one will claim boredom here!
